The first Chemicals release through Virgin and the first new stuff in nearly six months. There are no surprises to be had; The Chemicals do what they do and they do it better than anyone else and by now they sound almost unmistakable. Not a bad thing; "Loops of Fury" is as good as anything on the excellent "Exit Planet Dust", splashing big swates of synths across hard hitting beats. Dave Clarke's remix of "Chemical Beats" is not groundbreaking, but then again you don't want to go drawing glasses on the Mona Lisa.
